Wedding Packages

Rhodian Flame are proud to offer the basic services needed for the smooth experience of your big day, in all of our wedding packages regardless of how grand or intimate your dream wedding is!

All packages include the following:

    • Online support for booking services and vendors.

    • Meet and greet upon arrival, by an agent at the airport in Rhodes.

    • Transportation from the airport to your accommodation and vice versa.

    • Legal Assistance – translations and legalizations of the UK documents required to obtain your Wedding License (4 documents, including Apostille).

    • Booking of the civil ceremony with the Registrar’s office on your behalf.

    • Pre – wedding consultation with our team following the day after your arrival in Rhodes. This will be the time for any final adjustments to your venue and ceremony and for paying any outstanding balances, as well as booking additional services.

    • Pre – wedding in person visits of the ceremony and wedding reception venues, accompanied by a member of our team.

    • Pre – wedding consultation with your photographer / videographer.

    • Pre – wedding consultation with your entertainment providers (such as DJ’s, Greek ballet team representatives and others).
